Do you paint vases? Of course I paint vases. Ya'll think nobody paints vases when there are painted vases sitting on every shelf in the city...well shelves of people worth mentionin.
Of course there are people who have modern vases with no picture on it....got it from the dollar store or some place plasticky. Plastic Palace....everything's 99 cents there.
Do you really paint vases? Well laugh out loud if you have to ....Vases are my joy, my future, my life.
(Yesterday) Actually. I am moving on from vase painting soon. I can just feel it. LIke a huge tsunami tossing all the dinner platters and egg cups up in the air crash landing on the beach of tomorrow.

- This started as an evolving collection of my own observations of characters I have met and impersonate. Double Door Norma---a Tennessee barfly who accidentally killed her first husband. Lila The Ex-Pat Polish Princess who has a poodle that speaks Chinese, and Wilma Tedworth of the Gated Community, a lover of bunt cake. Some have been performed as stand-up comedy or monologues at various venues. There are also pages from my illustrated diaries 1986 to the present. MFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
